Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In store: 30 days from the date of purchase.
Online: 30 days from date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any consumable product
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery/purchase in store
Refunds (if applicable)
Online: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment.
In Store: Approved returns will be refunded in the same manner as the original purchase. Please bring your original form of payment with you.
Online Returns In Store:
We can process online returns in store, but we will have to refund you online to the original payment method, eg PayPal, ApplePay, credit card, etc. We will not issue any form of physical refund in store for online purchases.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale.
To return your product, please email us for the correct address. Do not ship to the store address as we do not receive mail there.
MASON JAR MERCHANT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE SHIPPED TO THE INCORRECT RETURN ADDRESS OR ARE LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. PLEASE PURCHASE INSURANCE AND TRACKING FOR YOUR RETURNS.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund it will be for the value of items returned only, original shipping fees will not be refunded. If you earned free shipping on your order, the real cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund based on the cost on the receipt for your order.
